This means that nutrition is deeply personal and should be treated as such. Ash strongly believes in implementing systems that incorporate foods you already love with the addition – not elimination – of other nutritious food. 

She also believes that long-lasting results begin with reframing the way we think about food and revising the language we use to speak to ourselves. Leading with compassion and patience, Ash will help you remove the self-judgement that’s holding you back from reaching your health goals.

HOW DOES NUTRITION COACHING WITH ASH WORK?

LIVE: Ash will meet with you for a weekly 30 minutes over video call to troubleshoot any arising issues and celebrate the previous week’s successes.

Before each meeting, Ash will review your food diary and cross-reference it with a bodyweight tracker. Together, you and Ash will formulate a plan for the following week with specific action items to tackle.

REMOTE: After your 30 minute initial video consultation to discuss issues and set up a plan, Ash will send you macros and specific next steps. Each week, Ash will send out a series of questions for you to answer in a timely fashion. She will also cross reference your myFitnesspal Food Diary to help guide you through goal-oriented food choices.

If needed, Ash will set up periodic video calls to help you troubleshoot any issues that are better discussed live!
